- A 15-minute grace period is offered for one-way transfers from the scheduled booking time. Beyond this, a fee of $10 is charged for every additional 15-minute interval.
- A 60-minute wait time for arrival transfers is included in the flight’s landing time. Any extra time will incur a charge of $10 for every 15 minutes.
Hourly Charters and Midnight Surcharge:
- Hourly charters require a booking time of at least 3 hours.
- A surcharge of $10 is applied for services from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Additional Stops and Specific Zone Surcharges:
- Each additional stop is subject to a charge from $10 to $15, depending on the distance.
- A surcharge of $10 is added for pickups or drop-offs in specific zones, including Sembawang, Woodlands, Jurong East/West, and several others.
- For pickups or drop-offs in Tuas Avenue and surrounding areas, a $30 surcharge is applicable.
